No these have to be bought separately, this allows you the opportunity to choose the colour temperature 2700k for a warm inviting feel, most people use this in the lounge or bedroom or 4000k for a more crisp white, most people use this in the kitchen or study but it’s a personal preference. Is the height of this ceiling light adjustable?

Yes this ceiling light is adjustable on installation, it can be reduced to a height of 25cm with a maximum height of 120cm.
