Please Note: the continuing COVID-19 pandemic and problems in the shipping industry may compound any delays over the holiday period.
At Love4Lighting, we endeavour to fulfil all orders as per usual throughout the holidays, however, we cannot ensure that delivery expectations are met during this period.
Many of our suppliers will be closed for orders until 2022 and, if we do not hold stock of a particular item, this may lead to unavoidable delays.
If there are any delays with your order, we will contact you in a timely manner and provide an expected timeframe for delivery. We may be unable to process some orders until we resume normal operating hours on Tuesday 4th January 2022.
We are not currently able to offer Next Day Delivery due to uncertainties within our supply chain. This will not change over the holiday period.
Made to order items will be unavailable until 2022. Any estimated delivery time scales provided will commence from Tuesday 4th January 2022.
We will be running limited opening hours over the holiday period. Many of our suppliers and delivery partners will also be operating restricted hours, which may cause delays in the processing and dispatch of orders.

We will be closed in the Hampton Hill shop from Thursday 23rd December until Monday 4th January 2022.
Delivery: Delivery at Love4Lighting is simple. Deliveries should normally take between 2-5 working days but on some occasions the product may not be in stock which can lead to delays. It's FREE when you spend over £75 and all orders under £75.00 will be sent at a cost of £6.00.
If any product within your order is out of stock and could effect the delivery time, a member of our dispatch team will notify you.
Returns: It's very easy - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply complete this returns form and return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days. All refunds will normally be processed within 7 - 10 working days of us receiving the goods. Due to varying processing times, it may take a couple of days after this before the money shows up in your account.
If you wish to return all or part of your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving it. You can do this by sending an email to email@example.com with your order number and details of what you would like to return. Any made-to-order items (indicated on the product page and on the checkout when you placed your order) are non-returnable unless they are faulty. After we have confirmed and agreed to take the items back, you have 14 days in which to get them to us. You should include, where possible, a completed returns form available from this page. Otherwise, please include a hand-written note containing your name and order number, so that we can identify you and process your request.
The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. By returning items to us you accept that you are sending them at your own cost and risk. We recommend that when sending goods back to us you use a recorded delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and obtain proof of postage. We will not be held accountable for any damage or loss whilst in transit.
If you are returning items for a refund, we will issue you a refund for the value of the items and our standard delivery charge. If you chose a different delivery service when placing your order (next day delivery for example), we will only refund you our standard delivery charge.
Items must be returned to us unused, in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. If the items are returned in an unsaleable condition or have been handled more than necessary before deciding to return it, we reserve the right to make a deduction to the refund value.
If you return unwanted goods to us in anything other than a saleable condition, we will be unable to refund or replace your goods. We may, however, offer you the options of either:

If you are within 14 days of receiving your items, you can either opt for a full refund (including standard delivery costs) or ask us to replace your items. To do this, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After we have confirmed and agreed to take the items back, you have 14 days in which to get them to us. You should include, where possible, a completed returns form available from this page. Otherwise, please include a hand-written note containing your name and order number, so that we can identify you and process your request.
If it has been more than 14 days since you received your items, please contact us by phone or by email. Depending on the circumstances and when you placed your order, we may be able to organise a repair or replacement. If we are unable to do so, then we may offer you a full or partial refund.
Any made-to-order items (indicated on the product page and on the checkout when you placed your order) are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
